This event is in the past.
The Potteries 100 was originally a reliability ride which used to take place the second weekend in February many years later after this reliability stopped running - The Douglas McMillan then used the the route for its Challenge ride in May each year with some what better weather and great success.
It has was running for many years, I remember being invited some 40 years ago its great route and very different from most modern sportives with its rolling terrain, our group ride is to celebrate the good things that have been achieved with this ride and to keep the tradition alive.
